2 months ago, I decided to set some short term goals for my weight lifting. It was,


  • Reach 70kg bodyweight (61kg)
  • 70kg Deadlift (50kg)
  • 50kg Barbell Bench Press (40kg)
  • 35kg Barbell Curl (30kg)
  • 35kg French Press (25kg)


The number in the bracket is the weights I'm lifting, before the plan. And here's how I fared,

  • 67kg bodyweight
  • 52.5kg Deadlift (12 reps)
  • 50kg Barbell Bench Press (10 reps)
  • 32.5kg Barbell Curl (6 reps)
  • 25kg French Press (8 reps)

Additional exercises,

  • 25kg Barbell Press (12 reps)
  • 42kg Barbell Close Grip Bench Press (10 reps)
  • 30kg Dumbbell Rows (8 reps)


Been training 6 days a week for the past two months, and now I'm taking a full week of any weight training. Letting my body recover from the stress.
