2 months ago, I decided to set some short term goals for my weight lifting. It was,
- Reach 70kg bodyweight (61kg)
- 70kg Deadlift (50kg)
- 50kg Barbell Bench Press (40kg)
- 35kg Barbell Curl (30kg)
- 35kg French Press (25kg)
- 67kg bodyweight
- 52.5kg Deadlift (12 reps)
- 50kg Barbell Bench Press (10 reps)
- 32.5kg Barbell Curl (6 reps)
- 25kg French Press (8 reps)
Additional exercises,
- 25kg Barbell Press (12 reps)
- 42kg Barbell Close Grip Bench Press (10 reps)
- 30kg Dumbbell Rows (8 reps)
Been training 6 days a week for the past two months, and now I'm taking a full week of any weight training. Letting my body recover from the stress.
